How long until someone responds?

Do you share demos in a group setting?
By default, demos are one-on-one with a senior engineer using a stack that resembles yours. If you want a broader team involved — procurement, security, operations — we can scope that in the follow-up call.
What's the minimum engagement you take on?
For consulting, we start at a paid 1–2 day scoping workshop that ends with a fixed-scope proposal. For managed services, our smallest MSP customers run on annual contracts with quarterly reviews. We don't do hourly retainers — the model doesn't fit the kind of work we do.
Do you require an NDA before a sales conversation?
Not for a discovery call — we're happy to talk high-level first. If either side needs to share specifics before a second meeting, we'll route a mutual NDA. Most conversations never need one.
Can we visit your office?
Yes — our Kirkland HQ is open for customer meetings by appointment. Let us know in the message field if you'd like to come on-site. For deep-technical engagements, we also travel to customer sites.
